The state of Hypnosis is actually an ordinary human experience which we all have. It is like just before falling asleep, getting lost in thought, music or even a movie.

Hypnotherapy is not like what you see in stage shows, where you’ll often see people barking like a dog or clucking like a chicken. There are no swinging pocket watches. In a hypnotherapy session, you are in control the whole time. You will hear the suggestions made to you, and you will be able to remember them after the session.

What to Expect
In the session you will experience a deep state of relaxation. You will always be in control hence all hypnosis is actually self-hypnosis. Your conscious mind will be free to drift of and relax allowing you to access your powerful subsconscious mind providing you with the opportunity to release limiting beliefs and programs and take on positive suggestions that best serve you.
Duration of Sessions
90 to 120 minutes depending on what needs to be addressed and what comes up for you in the session.
Personal or Online Sessions
Sessions may be facilitated through face-to-face meetings or online platforms such as Zoom.
Groups Sessions are also offered to teams.
Number of Sessions Required
Depending on what needs to be addressed, some people may only require one session while others require 3 to 4 sessions so that they can explore deeply within themselves and bring about the change they desire.
